Hi, I’m Cynthia. Owner and founder of Sabor Mesa Charcuterie. My family is my biggest support system, and they truly mean everything to me. They are the heart behind Sabor Mesa Charcuterie and the inspiration that continues to fuel my passion. 

My business is built on love, flavor, and connection.

“Sabor” means “flavor,” and that’s exactly what I strive to create—delicious savory delights that bring people together. 

Every order is customized for each client crafted with care, creativity, and love. From artisan cheeses, cured meats to seasonal fruits and gourmet touches, I pour my heart into every detail.
